Об организации работы

с обращениями граждан

в администрации сельского поселения

Тундрино



&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspВо исполнение Федеральных законов от 09.02.2009 № 8-ФЗ «Об обеспечении доступа к информации о деятельности государственных органов и органов местного самоуправления», 02.05.2006 № 59-ФЗ «О порядке рассмотрения обращений граждан Российской Федерации», Устава сельского поселения Тундрино и в целях обеспечения реализации права граждан сельского поселения Тундрино на обращения в органы местного самоуправления, обеспечения информированности населения:

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp1. Утвердить:

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp1.1. График личного приёма граждан главой сельского поселения Тундрино (приложение 1).

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp1.2. Утвердить формы отчётов о количестве и характере обращений граждан, вопросах, поставленных в устных и письменных обращениях, о приёме граждан на личных приёмах главы сельского поселения Тундрино,

(приложения 2,3).

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp2. Ведущему специалисту администрации сельского поселения Тундрино Прохоровой А.А:

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp2.1. Организовать работу в соответствии с утверждённым порядком.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp2.2. Ежеквартально, до 25 числа последнего месяца текущего квартала, направлять отчёт в управление по работе с поселениями и связям с общественностью по формам в соответствии с приложениями 2,3 к данному постановлению.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp2.3.Оказывать содействие в организации и проведении встреч главы Сургутского района с жителями района, выездных личных приёмов заместителями главы Сургутского района.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp 3. Постановление и приложение 1 к настоящему постановлению опубликовать в официальном выпуске газеты «Вестник» и разместить на сайте муниципального образования сельского поселения Тундрино.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp4. Контроль за выполнением постановления возложить на главу сельского поселения Тундрино.
